People we work with.
We’re working with people who have the planet’s best interest at heart.
While we don’t have 100% traceability of the fabrics used for this blanket, we carefully choose European manufacturers who hold certifications like GOTS. These certifications ensure that everyone in the supply chain is treated with respect and dignity.
Our sewing factory is located in Włocławek in Poland, and I visit them regularly and ensure that the talented artisans hand-sewing your blanket are treated with the utmost care and respect. It’s a cosy crew of three at the studio: the ever-enthusiastic Justyna, co-owner of the studio; her mom, who’s got years of sewing wisdom and never runs out of stories; and Ola, who prefers to let her expert stitching do the talking.
Care Instructions.
To make sure you enjoy the blanket and extend its lifecycle, we encourage you to follow a few rules:
Wash less & be mindful of it
When spot cleaning won’t do anymore, wash the blanket at 30°C, and use your hands if possible. Avoid bleach. Remember that, nowadays, eco-friendly laundry products are just as good as the “classic” ones.
Don’t use the dryer
Whenever possible, dry your laundry in the sun. Did you know that when you hang your clothes outdoors to dry, the sunlight kills surface bacteria?
Iron on low heat max. 110°C
Honestly, the blanket barely ever needs ironing. Just straight after the washing, shake it carefully and put it on a drying rack.
We hope that snuggling up with this blanket brings you and your little one endless joy.
