We’re building a brand that reflects our vision of a better more transparent and inclusive world. And so each decision here is made minding three core values: sustainability, transparency and inclusivity.

Sustainable mindset
In our micro Cheerful Bambino world, sustainability is the main force driving the process. We want to contribute to the world where baby fashion is not working only for us but also for the planet. The very overused S word, for us, is not just a statement – it’s a journey we take with each and every business and production decision.
From textiles to delivery boxes – each component of Cheerful Bambino blankets is considered in terms of its impact on the planet. Hence we lean on organic, natural, recycled and low-impact materials.
Respect for people who contribute to our brand on every level of the supply chain is core. We value the close relationship with our ethical partners and say bye to those who do not share our values. Our blankets are sewn locally in Poland in a small sewing studio where we can keep in touch with artisans involved in the production.
Cheerful Bambino is an open project. As much as we’re committed to being sustainable – we will surely make some mistakes (or happy accidents) along the way – and a part of our commitment is to share those with you.

We believe transparency should be the new normal in the business world. But how often are you invited behind the curtains to see the brand’s process? Well, sometimes it’s as exciting as the product itself, so we want to share what it takes to create each batch. That’s how we see it.

Cheerful Bambino invites you to its journey of yaaays and naaays. No sugar coating. We constantly share real-time stories on Instagram. You can also find the notes from each batch on the product site.
Transparent price
It’s important you are aware of what defines the end retail price. What’s the true cost of the blanket? How much does the material cost? What do you pay for the labour? What is our markup? We have nothing to hide. We think sharing this is part of building an honest consumer relationship. You can find the price breakdown on the product page.
Transparent supply chain
We partner with European merchants and producers to support the best possible traceability of textiles and other components like labels, hangtags and boxes. We’re doing our best to disclose as much detail as possible about each product. The big challenge is to master the traceability of fibre origins used in the blankets; it’s our active focus.
Gender inclusive
It’s all still very normal in kids’ stores – pink and sparkly are for girls, while tough, earthy pieces are for boys.
The division.
We firmly believe parents should teach their children that fashion is a tool of boundless self-expression rather than the aim of gender suppression. Cheerful Bambino products are dedicated to all the kids out there. Without limiting labels. Without girls- boys sections. With all the joy of non-binary choice.
We do not feel the need to select gender-neutral colours. We are convinced all the colours in the rainbow are gender-neutral.
