Shipping & Returns
After releasing each batch, the blankets are made to order. The making process takes 2-3 weeks, and we make sure to keep you up to date along the way, so you know where your blanket is up to.
From 05/07/2024, all our blankets from batch no. 2 are now pre-made, and the time when we ship it is around 3-4 workdays.
We use inPost for shipping within Poland, and DPD or GLS for European deliveries. When your blanket is ready to be dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow your blanket’s journey to you.
Shipping times
Polish customers: 1-3 days after dispatch.
EU customers: 2-7 working days after dispatch.
You’ll get an email and/or text message from your shipping provider with your tracking details. They will give an expected day of delivery and will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If your delivery failed and your blanket was returned to us due to reasons within your control (if you had all the information from the delivery about where your package is and how it can be collected), we will have to charge you for the send-back costs.

Returns
We pour our hearts into crafting each blanket, working hand-in-hand with our factory to ensure they’re top-notch. We’re pretty sure you and your Little One will fall in love with it. But hey, if for any reason you need to return your blanket, no worries! We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.

Just drop us an email at hi@cheerfulbambino.com, and we’ll send you a return note to include in your package. This helps us speed up your exchange or refund. Without it, things might take a bit longer.
Blankets returned in perfect condition will be offered to our waiting list, ready to find a new loving home.
